March Monhly Report for the AotC

MAIN TAVERN ROOM
Welcome to officers of both sides. Sit down and enjoy a drink served by our lovely barmaids Helga and Ingrid. Trade war stories or tall tales, but remember your deportment; that large man behind the counter will not hesitate to escort you out, if your behavior does not honor your rank!

I have been damn good over the past month, I have not ridden my horse in the bar, stopped firing my pistol at the barman, kept most of my uniform on and I have not drunk all the good stuff - gone close though. So why have I not got any conduct points - damn discrimination, just because I am a handsome, brave, women magnet Reb!

General Nelms, you must learn to ignore General McOmish's uninvited intrusions. You only make his visits become more frequent and raucous, if you acknowledge him! He believes that he will garner many more drinks than he would ordinarily have, if he stayed on his own side. We put up with his outlandishness for a good year over at the AotT until we figured out that he would get tired of the same, stale beer that we put up on the bar for him each time. But if you allow him near the good stocks, he will never leave, and he will expect to be regally treated each and every time, even going so far as to impugn your tavern's hospitality at the MDT! Then, of course, it will be too late, and you will have to put up with him for many, many more months.
