With approval and consent of the General In-Chief, Joseph Meyer it is my distinct pleasure to award Lieutenant Atle Jenssen the Outstanding Service Medal for his leadership in directing the XX Corps of the Army of the Cumberland for approximately 5 years. Congratulations sir and salute.
