Transfers to the newly reconstituted 2dn Division 20th Corps

Favorable circumstances and the strategic situation require the re-organization of the Army of the Cumberland. I have reconstituted the 2nd Division 20th Corps and placed it under the command of Gen. Crawford and filled it with the following fine officers.
