Gentleman,

Attention to orders. It is my pleasure to present to Maj. Gen Robert Frost the Kearny Cross of Valor for gallant actions and leadership during a multiplayer scenario of “Mine Run II”. Maj.Gen Frost’s comrades submitted the recommendation and after review, I wholeheartedly approve.
