Officers of the Army of the Cumberland <Salute>
I hope everyone had a Happy New Year. It is my pleasure to announce that Lieutenant General Mark Lichtenberg will be taking command of the AOC forthwith. I will be staying on to help General Lichtenberg in his duties as best I can. It has been an honor to serve as commander of the AOC for the past two years, but it is time to move on and let others bring new energies to command.
General Lichtenberg has been a faithful and dedicated commander in the AOC and will bring a great deal of commitment to his new position. He has proven himself an asset to the AOC and to the entire club in general. Please join me on the parade ground to honor and salute the new commander of the AOC, Lt. General Mark Lichtenberg! <salute>
Yours,
Army Change of Command
