It's hard to believe that 45 days have passed since anyone has posted in the Tavern, excepting the Back Room. Maybe the Summer has been too hot or rainy. I believe Derald Riggs should drop some greenbacks and stake his Corps to a round of drinks. Or maybe Antony Barlow! My thrust is: can't a guy get a "bud" to buy him a cold one................

I'll buy you a drink David! The boys are just busy kicking Rebel butts. Hopefully the Confederacy will make a bit of a rebound or we will actually win this war and have to return to our peace time jobs. No fun in that.

Why yes I'd be happy to step if someone is buying the drinks! I'm sure General Simms will step up as though he probably doesn't have the first gold $20 piece he earned I'd bet he has all the rest.
