~ Brigade Commanders ~

  • Maintain at least one game against a reb.
  • Visit the Woodin Injun and HQ on a regular basis to keep abreast of Corps news.
  • Muster in the Woodin Injun Back Room between the 1st and 14th of each month, as directed by Division Commanders.

~ Division Commanders ~

  • Maintain at least one game against a reb.
  • Visit and post in the Woodin Injun on a regular basis and keep abreast of news and developments.
  • Muster in the Woodin Injun Back Room between the 1st and 14th of each month.
  • Oversee the mustering of Brigade Commanders and take responsibility for the health and effectiveness of the Division, making recommendations for awards for you men based on performance.
  • Support all members of Division with any concerns within the club.

~ Corps Commanders ~

  • Maintain at least one game against a reb.
  • Oversee all Corps decisions and activities, maintain active presence in the Tavern and maintain the effectiveness and integrity of your Corps.
  • Muster in the Woodin Injun Back Room between the 1st and 14th of each month.
  • Oversee and review monthly muster and submit the following to the Army XO by the 15th of each month:
    • A brief report outlining the current status of the Corps.
    • Recommendations for OBD points and awards for you men based on performance.
  • Support all members of Corps with any concerns within the club.

~ Adjutant, AotC ~

  • The Adjutant is responsible for a 1st of the month examination of the records of the officers of the Army of the Cumberland at the Records Division.  The Adjutant shall examine start and end game reports of the Army to determine if all officers have on-going battles and end game reports to determine which officers are eligible for awards or battle honors. He will conduct a bi-annual review of the Army records to determine which officer is to be awarded the Sheridan Combat Medal, which is based on total victories of the last six months against Rebel officers. January and July are when this award will be determined. The Adjutant reports this information directly to the XO with his recommendations by the 3rd of each month.  The Adjutant shall have such other duties and responsibilities as determined by the AC.

~ Executive Officer, AotC ~

  • The Executive Officer is second in Command of The Army of the Cumberland. He is responsible for the effectiveness of the officers in the Army.  The Army XO shall conduct a monthly roll call and submit a muster to the AC based upon that roll call.  The Army XO is to monitor the activities of all officers paying particular attention to those officers whose activities have diminished or those officers who appear to be having difficulty.  The Executive Officer is also to note those officers who are ready to take on additional duties and responsibilities and eligible for awards and high praise.  The Army XO shall make recommendations to the AC concerning officers who should be considered for admission to the hospital or who are AWOL.  Staffing recommendations may be made by the XO to the AC.  The XO shall have such other duties and responsibilities as determined by the AC.

~ Army Commander, AotC ~

  • Maintain at least one game against a reb.
  • Oversee all army decisions and activities, review all correspondence from TC and CoA, make first recognition of promotions of Corps Commanders, and assign new cadets to Corps Commanders, and take responsibility for the health, effectiveness and integrity of the Army.
  • Muster in the Woodin Injun Back Room between the 1st and 14th of each month.
  • Compile monthly reports and submit to Theater Command by 15th-20th of each month.
  • Maintain active presence in the Tavern.
  • Support all members of Army with any concerns within the club.
  • Take responsibility for Army website.
